Canapes for Christmas

Ingredients: Cheese
Paprika and Oregano
Tartles, crab sticks
Tuna, mayonnaise
Anchovies
Stuffed olives
Quail egg
Crusty bread
Cream cheese
Salmon
Cooked shrimp
Goat cheese
Strawberry jam
Toasted bread
Nuts
Cherry tomatoes
Salt and Olive Oil
Slices of Ham
Start - Put some slices of cheese on a baking sheet. Strew paprika and oregano on them and put the baking sheet in oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You'll have crispy cheese.
1 canape - Cut crab sticks, tuna and add mayonnaise. Put it in tartles. Wrap olives in anchovies, thread them on a toothpick and put them on the first half of tartles. On the second half of tartles put quail eggs. Also put some crispy cheese on them.
2 canape - Take two slices of crusty bread and put cream cheese on them. Put slices of salmon on them and form it like sandwich( slice of bread-cream cheese-salmon-cream cheese-slice of bread-salmon). Then cut it into cubes and each cube thread on toothpicks.
3 canape - Do everything the same as with the 2 canape, but replace the salmon with crab sticks and put cooked shrimp and crispy cheese on each cube
4 canape - Cut goat cheese. Pour some strawberry jam on toasted bread. Put on each slice of toasted bread slice of goat cheese. Put nuts on them.
5 canape - Spread cherry tomatoes on toasted bread. Add salt and olive oil. Put on each slice of toasted bread slice of ham.

In the photo I can see a long waterfront in Europe, maybe it is somewhere in Denmark or another North Europe's country.
In the background there are a lot of beautiful terraced houses. They are colourful and look fabolous to me.
On the left there are two big steamboats. Maybe it is a pier and there are pleasure steamboats that waiting for passengers. In the middle of the photo I can see some small pavilions,maybe they are for passengers that have been resting in cruise and now they have arrived.
In the foreground there is a wide river. It is very clear, so you can see how houses are reflected beautifully in the water.
I have been living in boring, typical block of flats for a long time. I'd like to live in one of this fascinating houses with spectacular view on the river one day!

Thanks for your last email! I'm glad to hear good news from you!
You asked me to write you about my hometown. I live in Novosibirsk, it is the biggest city in Siberia and the third largest city in Russia. Our city center is really packed and noisy, because of ~~loaded~~ heavy traffic and crowds of people. But there are a lot of historic buildings. In the outskirts of our city there are many factories, so it's quite dirty there, but less lively. The most comfortable place to live it in is the city suburbs.
In Novosibirsk we have many landmarks, the most well-known is the Opera and Ballet theatre. I have been there ~~for~~ about five times. It has many great and stunning performances. If you ~~will~~ visit our city, go to this theatre and watch ~~something~~ some performance!
We also have an enormous zoo. It is the biggest zoo in Russia. In this zoo you can see a lot of different animals: lions, tigers, bears, wolves, crocodiles, snakes and penguins. ~~Also~~ you can ALSO relax and walk in a silent forest nearby the zoo.
In our city we have a very modern and long waterfront. This winter there has been ~~installed~~ made a skating rink. Nowadays this skating rink is extremely crowded.

The longest and thickest columns are made of red porphyry. They hold five towers in the center of the temple. The smaller dark columns are made of basalt. There are basilicas and granite columns.
