I was driving by the river last week in my van when suddenly I saw a dog just standing in the road. I was going really fast but amazingly I didn't hit the dog. However, I drove right into the river. To my surprise the van stayed on top of the water, but not for long. Suddenly, water started coming in through the doors. I had to get out quickly Luckily I managed to open the door and swim away. After that, I turned around and watched my van disappear into the water.. I'm lucky to be alive.

Last week my mother was going to the market while I was staying at home. When he came back she told me that while she was walking, a burglar tried to grab her purse. In that moment a police, who was walking near her, saw
what was happening so he runned and capture the burglar. The man tried to escape, but the police, while that was happenin, called another police that was across the street. The other police came near my mother, while she was walking
and told her not to go.When they were arresting the man, my mother told the policemen that she was going to come to the house because it was very late, but they told her that she must wait a moment because the patrol car was arriving . When the car arrived they told her that they were keeping an eye on the man, because he was beeing followed while he was walking in the street because they knew he was a burglar.

By: Mia Nuñez SolorzanoLast week I went to the shopping center with my family, they stayed talking, when I got distracted by a mural and suddenly I turn to see where they were and I don't see them, a little scared I thought they were going to come back but as the hours passed it scared me But because they did not return, when I said they will not return if I do nothing, it was when I called a young security man to help me, thank goodness they were still in the shopping center looking for me, after ten minutes of notifying the safety my parents returned I was very lucky that they found me because it had been a long time and I could not find them

A year ago, to be precise, in January 2020. I went on a trip with my family to Ica, first we settled in a hotel. Then we went to Lunahuana to go canoeing, it was a lot of fun, then I wanted to go skydiving, to my surprise I had to be over 16 years old, so I could not do it. The next day we went to Pisco, to the Huacachina lagoon. My family and I did Sanboarding or sand-board, everything was going well until suddenly, unfortunately my mom slipped and fell off the sand hill, fortunately she was not hurt, because the sand contained her fall but she got sand all over her clothes and started laughing so we all laughed with her. Then we took a tour around the whole desert oasis in the tubulars, while my family was having fun I felt nauseous because the car was moving so much. Finally we were invited to taste some of the typical wines of Ica and they showed us how wine is made. Fortunately we made this trip before the pandemic.

Last year we went on a trip with my family to Cusco, first we went to my grandmother's house in Combapata, then we went to Machu Picchu but unfortunately I couldn't stay longer so I returned to combapata, the next day we went to the hill of the 7 colors and there we took pictures and then we went to taste the typical dishes of the land of my mother and my father,But unfortunately we had to go back to Lía because my dad had business to do but the good thing was that we had a nice time and I'm lucky to have a nice family.

Two years ago my family and I went to in the Summer to Canta, when we arrived we stayed in a hotel that had a very nice view towards Obrajillo, the people there were very friendly, the next day first thing in the morning we had breakfast and we went to the Cordillera la Viuda Negra, we toured a little,to my surprise there was snow, I was very surprised that I even fell hahaha, we rested and a while later we went to the Laguna de 7 colores, the route was very beautiful, the landscape, the clouds, the sky, when I arrived at the lagoon I felt a little dizzy, when I got out of the car where we were, I couldn't walk much I felt very dizzy, unfortunately I couldn't see the whole landscape the good thing is that I didn't vomit haha, we had to go back to the hotel and enjoy how wonderful Canta.
