It was there where he was raped. He told authorities that the man had bushy sideburns and mustache. Then a family told the authorities that the description fit the description of a man they knew. James Bain was identified as the attacker by the boy. They used the semen sample see if Bain's blood matched the blood type left at the scene. The Blood type left at the scene was blood type B. James Bain is Blood type AB but prosecutors claimed that he had a weak A and could not be excluded from the crime</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think James Bain showed a great level perseverance. Many would have quit and gave up on so much in life but in 2001 James began to seek DNA evidence. He believed he still could find a way out and he did. He missed so much of what life had to offer. I'm proud of James for how he was determined during this ordeal. </div>]]></description>

They provide better equipment so that prosecutors can catch the real suspect. They provide better DNA evidence to ''avoid wrongful arrest". They promote laws so that people can  have post conviction DNA sampling.  There website says, "Our policy work addresses each of the contributors to wrongful convictions –eyewitness misidentification, misapplication of forensic science,  false confessions, unreliable jailhouse informant testimony, and inadequate defense."</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I figured out that not all states compensate the wrongly convicted. In fact 15 states do not compensate the wrongly convicted including pennsylvania. These people who have been proven innocent through DNA testinh have been in jail on average for 14 years. After dealing with being jailed for a crime they didn't commit and the hardships of jail I think most would say they should be compensated.</div>]]></description>
