This phenomenon presents both merits and demerits; however, in my estimation, the detriments outweigh the advantages.

One notable advantage of global tourism is the economic support it provides. Revenue is generated for hotels, dining establishments, and indigenous products through tourist expenditure, thereby facilitating job creation and fostering the expansion of local enterprises. Furthermore, cultural exchange is facilitated. Exposure to the history, cuisine, and customs of a country is gained by visitors, and reciprocally, the local populace can acquire insights into disparate cultures.

Conversely, significant disadvantages are also evident. Environmental degradation can result from excessive tourist influx. Pollution of beaches and forests may occur, and renowned landmarks may suffer destruction due to overpopulation. Additionally, the augmentation of tourism can impose hardships on local inhabitants. Escalated costs for sustenance, housing, and transportation in tourist-frequented regions often arise, compelling local residents to allocate more resources for basic necessities.

In summary, while certain advantages, such as economic development and cultural interchange, are afforded by international travel, it is my considered opinion that the disadvantages, particularly environmental issues and elevated living expenses, are of greater consequence.

Although increased tourism has various negative aspects, I believe that the positive ones are greater.

On the one hand, there are a number of disadvantages of international tourism that people should consider. First and foremost, it can spread diseases. When people travel from one place to another place, they can bring viruses. Another drawback is negative effects on residents' lives. For instance, tourist areas often become crowded and noisy, making it difficult for locals to enjoy peace and quiet. More seriously, the land of residents is forced to be taken in order to build hotels, resorts or tourist areas, so many families lose their homes.

On the other hand, it is evident that the growth of global tourism offers several advantages. International tourism fosters cultural exchange between countries. When visiting a foreign country with a different culture, you can gain valuable insights from the local people. Moreover, international tourism significantly contributes to the national economy. Tourists spend money on dining and accommodation services in the regions they visit, which leads to developing more economy for other industries such as transportation, agriculture, etc.

In conclusion, tourism has both negative and positive effects.

GROUP 5 (Hoài Thu, Minh Anh)

In recent years, there has been a considerable debate on whether jobs should be based at a single workplace with fixed hours or irregular schedules. Many people hold the view that stable jobs are better, while opponents claim that flexible and traveling jobs are more beneficial. This essay will shed light on both views and give my opinion.

On the one hand, working at the same place every day with regular hours has clear advantages. Firstly, employees can stick to a stable routine, which effectively provides them with more stability in work-life balance. For example, they can spend predictable time with their family and plan activities in advance. Secondly, having the same working schedule every day seems better for workers' physicality and mental health. There have been several surveys proving that people with the most unchangeable sleeping routine live longer than those who do not.

On the other hand, jobs requiring frequent travel and flexible hours also offer certain important benefits. Traveling for work allows people to experience different cultures and meet professionals from various countries, which can help their career development. Additionally, some people are more productive when they can choose their own working hours instead of following a fixed 9-to-5 schedule. These jobs are often more exciting and less boring than office work, which can make employees more motivated and creative.

In conclusion, both fixed and flexible work arrangements have their own positive aspects. Instead of saying which side is better, people should recognize that different employees need different working conditions to be successful and satisfied.==> you did not give your opinion

In this essay, both views will be examined, and my opinion will be given.

On the one hand, regular jobs with fixed working hours can bring stability and balance to people’s lives. This is one of suitable choices for people who want to manage their time easily. For example, teachers often work during the same hours everyday at school, which helps them spend their time for family or personal activities. Moreover, regular working hours are less stressful because people can have a predictable routine or “backup plans” for them whenever they want to take a rest.

On the other hand, many people argue that jobs involving frequent travel and irregular working hours are more exciting and rewarding. The main advantage is that these jobs give people the opportunity to explore new things. For example, they can visit different places, meet new people and experience various cultures. This helps them broaden their knowledge and makes their job more meaningful. Another advantage is that these jobs are often exciting and dynamic. Instead of following the same routine every day, employees can enjoy new experiences and challenges, which keeps their work life fresh and motivating. For example, tour guides or journalists often find their work enjoyable because no two days are the same.

In conclusion, <s>in my opinion,</s> both types of jobs have pros and cons, and the best choice depends on individual preferences. While working at a single workplace with fixed hours provides people with stability and a better work–life balance, jobs that involve frequent travel and irregular working hours offer more excitement and opportunities to explore new things. While some people prefer stable job for comfort and family life, others like travelling jobs because it is more interesting and various. The main advantage is that people have more time for their family. They can take care of their children, cook meal, and watch them grow up. This job also gives them a feeling of comfort and familiar because they know exactly what they need to do and can finish their task smoothly. These factors help workers to keep a good balance between work and life and reduce stress from their works.

On the other hand, jobs that require frequent travel can be very excited, with many new thing to discover. This steady upward trend clearly demonstrates the expanding role of wind power as a major renewable energy source worldwide.

Nhóm: Tiến Dũng, Bích Thảo

It is a common belief that a high salary is more important than job satisfaction. From my point of view, I share this belief because of some reasons.

Firstly, a high salary is more important than job satisfaction because a high salary helps people promote their lives and create a sense of financial security. When we have a stable and high income, we can take care of ourselves and families. For example, the people has a high income they can buy everything they need to promote their life.

Secondly, good income enables people to pursue personal interests, learn and develop themselves. For instance, if you have a high salary, you can learn many different languages and study abroad to improve your education and skills .

In conclusion, I complete agree that a high salary is more important than job satisfaction because a good income is an important factor to create stability and quality of life for people.

155

Công Danh, Tấn Phát

Hoàng Dũng, An Khang

Many people believe that having a high salary is more important than enjoying their job. I completely agree with this opinion because money plays a vital role in people’s daily lives and helps them achieve long-term goals.

The first reason is that money helps us survive and pay for all basic costs such as housing, food, and bills. Without enough money, no matter how enjoyable the job is, we will face many difficulties. For example, if a person loves teaching but the salary is too low, they may struggle to afford rent or support their family. In the long run, financial stress can reduce happiness and even affect health. Therefore, having a stable and high income is necessary for a comfortable life.

Secondly, a high salary provides safety and better opportunities. It allows people to take care of their family, save for the future, and live with less worry. When income is stable, people can plan for education, travel, or starting a business. Moreover, money can also bring freedom — the ability to make choices without being limited by financial problems. In contrast, even a satisfying job can become stressful if it does not pay enough to meet basic needs.

In conclusion, I believe that a high salary is more important than job satisfaction because money allows people to cover their essential needs, achieve personal goals, and live with stability and confidence. When financial problems are solved, life becomes easier and more comfortable.

Word: 252 từ

Hiển, Tấn

It is often argued that earning a high salary is more important than being satisfied with one’s job. Personally, I completely disagree with this statement because job satisfaction leads to better performance and long-term happiness.

Firstly, when people enjoy what they do, they tend to work harder and produce better results. A satisfied employee is usually more motivated, creative, and willing to take responsibility. For example, teachers who love teaching often spend extra time preparing lessons and helping students, even if their income is not very high.

Group 7

Thái Vi, Minh Thư, Thu Thảo

Many people believe that a high income is more important than job satisfaction. I completely disagree, as job satisfaction brings long-term happiness and helps people perform better at work.

Firstly, job satisfaction gives people a sense of purpose and happiness. When employees enjoy their daily tasks, they feel more relaxed and confident. For example, teachers, doctors, or artists may not earn much, but they are proud of their contribution to society. This sense of fulfillment motivates them to continue working with passion. Therefore, satisfaction with what they do can give life deeper meaning and pleasure.

Secondly, money alone does not guarantee a good quality of life.People who focus solely on earning high salaries can suffer from stress and health problems. For example, many businesspeople or managers earn very high salaries, but they spend most of their time at work and have little time for family or relaxation. As a result, they often feel tired and unhappy. This shows that a high salary is not as valuable as a balanced and fulfilling life.

In cpnclusion, I firmly believe that job satisfaction is more important than a high salary. When people love their work, they are more productive, enjoy good mental health, and generally lead happier lives. While money is important, it shouldn't be the primary factor in choosing a career. A fulfilling job not only improves productivity but also helps people maintain a positive attitude, creativity, and motivation in the long term, leading to a truly fulfilling life.

253 words

Trâm, tú

Nowadays, many people believe that having a big salary is more important than being satisfied with their job. Personally, I completely agree with this idea because money is very important in our life and it can bring many opportunities for a better future.

Firstly, earning a high income allows people to live more comfortably and enjoy a higher quality of life. With a good salary, people can buy what they need without worrying too much about financial problems. For instance, they can pay for their children’s education, have better healthcare, and even travel abroad to relax. Besides, money can also make people feel more secure when something unexpected happens, such as losing a job or getting sick. Therefore, having a big salary can reduce stress and make life easier for most people.

Secondly, although job satisfaction is good, it cannot always guarantee a stable life.

NHÓM 5 ( HOÀI THU + MINH ANH)

Nowadays, there has been a considerable discussion about whether people should focus on earning a big salary or finding job satisfaction. Many people hold the view that money is the most important thing when choosing a job. From my perspective, I somewhat agree with this viewpoint for the following reasons.

On the one hand, there are some reasons why a high salary is necessary. One main reason is that money is needed for basic things such as food, clothes, and a place to live. If people do not earn enough, they may feel worried and stressed every day. An additional reason is that a big salary allows people to support their families. They can take care of their parents, pay for their children’s education or save money for the future. This makes them feel more responsible. The final reason is that earning more money gives people a chance to enjoy life. They can travel, relax, and buy things they like. This can make life more comfortable and exciting.

On the other hand, there are also some reasons why job satisfaction is important. If someone goes to work every day but does not like their job, they will feel bored and tired. Secondly, when workers enjoy what they do, they usually work better and can develop their skills. This helps them have a better career in the future. Last but not least, a satisfying job helps people build good relationships with co-workers and create a positive working environment. This is something that money cannot buy.

In conclusion, while a high salary is necessary for a good and comfortable life, job satisfaction also plays a big role in long-term happiness. I think the best choice is to have a job that gives enough money and also makes people feel happy when they work.
