         <description><![CDATA[<div>Both criteria:&nbsp; More opportunities for staff to discuss and share good practice and fab ideas.<br>Many more opportunities to observe in other classes (not just SLT - people could be released by creative joining of classes in a year group.<br>Set up action triads for researching neuro-developmental ideas.<br>Support staff with how to refer more effectively to the way the children are learning e.g. using the Big Picture effectively; referring back to Brain Wave, etc.<br><br>Why do we not have an English or Maths Jigsaw piece for cross-curricular lessons? (<mark>REMINDER - THESE ARE ELECTRONIC TOO SO DON'T FORGET - VICKIE)</mark></div>]]></description>
