A fugue is similar to cannon but more complex it involves overlapping of several melodies the subject is developed is repeated. The melody is repeated. the final section of the piece developed to a climax. the subject also changes near the end of the piece usually by argumentation. parts include exposition, subject answer, countersubject, episode, and pedal point. theme is developed.

A round is a musical composition in which 2 or more voices sing the exact same melody at the same time. A canon is similar to a round each part of a canon an round overlaps before the first one finishes. The genre for them are Baroque and Classical.
