      • Wanted to be their own selves, no like their parents 
    • London and San Francisco were the big hippie scenes
  • The Beatles grew up throughout the 60s, and by this time they are adults and are into the psychedelic, shown in their album, Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band
  • No one knew the dangers of drugs like LCD and marijuana
    • Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix died from drugs
