The national japanse men gymnastic team named "The Yomiuri Shimbun" won a world championship gold medal at Glasgow on October,28. It's the first time in 37 years for Japan. The last time the country won the title of world championship was at the 1978 competition in Strasbourg, France. Kohei Uchimura, Kenzo Shirai, Kazuma Kaya and Naoto Hayasaka made a score of 270,818. Well done guys!

A 51 years old man was arrested on October,27 by the Ibaraki cops for trying to rape his 39 years old female neighbor who lives the unit below. The accused , named Sato tells the police that he used a saw to cut a rectangular space (measuring 40 centimeters x 60 centimeters) in the floor of his appartment so the hole was on the ceiling of his victim's bathroom. He waited the woman going back home from work and at midnight he descended through the hole and sexually assaulted the woman on Tuesday. During the attack, Sato threatened the woman by holding a gun against her. Thankfully she only got injuries to her left hand.

"I wanted to sexually violate her" add Sato to the police.

Shimizu and IBM Japan companies announced tha they work together to put in place an application to guide the blind and people with visual impairment. The system will be simple : first , the customers will have to indicate their destination. Then a voice will tell them instructions like "The staircase is straight and there's 35 steps" or "turn to the right" etc... A really great invention ! The app will be available in 2018.
