1. Facebook are a collaborative tool that will enhance communication within WakingUp, it will  allow employees to share information, images and questionnaires in a message-board-like environment.

2. Facebook will allow messages to quickey send communications to employees. I will also notify them when somone post or writes something

1. Skype  is a collaboration software that allows members of one or many groups to communicate with one another regardless of the device they use. 
2. It Enhances Productivity and Communication. Voice and video conversations are helpful. If waking up uses Facebook this techinque communication within the company will beconme sucesfull. Creating a secert page for only emlpyees will only allow members of Wakingup to communicate  effectively. Another benifit of these is that anyone can go back to the page to see previous post and comments. 


2. If Waking up uses Skype they will get notifications when someone sent a new message. Also if someone was to miss the meeting they can record messages instead that way the person who missed the skype meeting could listen to the voice recordings and notn miss any important information
