I learned that rehabilitation is not as easy as it sounds and relapsing can be so easy. It would have taken such a strong person to make himself better at the end. So I can say that though this book made me very uncomfortable sometimes it was still worth the read.

After leaving class I hell must always have a song stuck in my head. I was wondered why this happened, maybe some kind of scientific reason. It turns out the signs us are just as confused as I am. There are many different theories as to what is happening. One of them being the motor cortex of your brain is still involved in the movement of the music, causing it to remain in your head. One thing I learned was about the importance of sports drinks and water after exercise. The point of a sports drink is to increase your blood sugar content and reschedule electrolytes in your body. This allows you to play at greater speed‘s and intensity. So when an athlete is not working out, they do not need this much sugar. Which can be relatively the same amount is found in a can of Coke.
