-Observational skills. These are the important skills that I should have as a counsellor/psychologist. It is because a counsellor/psychologist should observe and understand their clients properly based on their attitude, behavior, and background in order to help them with their problems. 

-Open-mindness. A counsellor/psychologist has to always be open-minded in terms of cultural differences, beliefs, and sexual orientation. As a counselor/psychologist, it is wrong for us to be judgemental about the clients' beliefs, etc.
