She set out to investigate about minds and emotions.

This book begins by introducing us to the situation that led Rut, the author, to make the decision to leave everything she had built in her life: her job, family, friends, her home, in order to find herself. In this book, made up of 15 chapters, she supports through research, situations and supported by phrases said by people who have highlighted throughout history, how the body, energy and mind are powerful, that the early years of our life are the most important for the development of this and that one is capable of transforming it. 
Ill give it 8/10  because the beginning was not very interesting but it is worth reading.

Well, it is an intelligent exploration of the introduction of forensic psychological profiling. Its also a lushly produced period thriller from David Fincher. It has an excellent script and fascinating protagonists. The male lead is given an opportunity to acknowledge the limit of their knowledge and and to embody an inquiring mind in a scientific logical manner. The female lead pokes him in the eye with his ignorance and thus catalyses that opportunity. And the soundtrack rocks. Talking Heads wrote Psycho Killer for this series. This wonderful book begins by explaining the life of little Hector, introduces the members of his family and the affection he has for each one of them.
This book has 288 pages full of adventures, sorrows and joys.
He leaves us great teachings about the family, how necessary and important in our lives.

 I will give it 9/10 since it meets expectations and it is a book that, despite being developed years ago, is the same as what we live in right now.
