Cree en ti ia a book written by Rut Nieves is an architect who decided to quit her job to find her true dreams. She set out to investigate about minds and emotions.

This book begins by introducing us to the situation that led Rut, the author, to make the decision to leave everything she had built in her life: her job, family, friends, her home, in order to find herself. In this book, made up of 15 chapters, she supports through research, situations and supported by phrases said by people who have highlighted throughout history, how the body, energy and mind are powerful, that the early years of our life are the most important for the development of this and that one is capable of transforming it.
Ill give it 8/10 because the beginning was not very interesting but it is worth reading.
María Fernanda Salamanca Zorro
