I also design classes that allow students be protagonists of their own learning process. For instance, I work by units, but I try to apply an active teach for let them be conscious and active within the process. To do an active teaching I use a variety of technological tools that help to motivate students and let them participle in all the activities. This can be related to the fact that I personalize learning experiences and promote an independent learning. On the other side, I teach content through active teach, but I never separate this from the development of skills and abilities.

We can get closer to this culture if we do some of this experiences with the teachers and school members. 

- Making an update of devices and communication webs to ensure everybody have acces to the tools.
- Make a kind of program where everybody uses the technology to do the class planner and apply for every area, maybe it could be a requirement to include an activity where students use a tool like google classroom or any other we prefer.

My main goal is show the that english is a tool to acquire information just available in that language .
I take my time to give them feedback for their performance . Adult learners appreciate it . This is a real issue, because they are only using them during the breaks, instead to have some face to face interaction with their partners. This was a wonderful way to involve students in technology, showing them that it can be used to interact with others.
