The reason I am doing it is because of globalization and culture imperialism. The culture of the world is being affected by influential countries like the USA, so it is very important to preserve the culture so they won't be forgotten. And I chose to do the Philippines because of their history being colonized by the Spanish effects their culture a lot. America also, Filipinos enjoy American music and clothing which I believe because of this their culture is homogenized.
