Functionalism emphasizes the importance of consensus.<br>3.Marx saw class conflict as the driving force of history, because workers had little control over their labor and employers were able to make a profit by appropriating it. And employers pay them less than their labor is worth.<br>4.Feminism focuses on the micro level and the macro world of large social structures. Because feminism can express gender inequality at both macro and micro levels, for example, at the micro level, feminists have conducted research on the use of gender stereotypes and language in interactions, pointing out and challenging many taken for granted dominant male assumptions. At the macro level, gender inequality is rooted in modern social structures, such as legal systems, education and schools, government and politics.<br>5.Macro level analysis focuses on large-scale social processes. Micro level analysis focuses on small-scale interactions between individuals. And This helps them better understand the whole social structure and individuals or groups. The main focus of conflict theory is class conflict. It is as well a type of conflict theory but it more believes that gender inequality is beyond classes and has a long history.<br>5.
