Good morning everyone. Firstly, I am going to start giving some personal information about myself. My name is Mauricio Arteaga, I am from Yali- Antioquia, I am an accountancy student and I work as a business advisor in the “Cooperativa Suya de Ahorro y Crédito”, I am a single man, I do not have children, but I have a beautiful niece, her name is Emiliana. I am 28 years old, I am studying Accountancy in the Universidad Nacional in Colombia. In my free time, I ride my motorcycle, do my homeworks, and watch TV. 

 

Secondly, I want to share information about my living place. I live in a very quiet neighborhood, it is named “Las Colinas”. I live with my mother and my father, in a small and comfortable house. My neighborhood is a small place, there are around 20 houses , also, it is located on the outskirts of the town, Due to this, its view is really beautiful, since in front of it you can see beautiful and and colorful  mountains.

 

As a last point I want to tell you about my routine, hobbies and other personal activities. I  usually wake up at 5:30 in the morning. I take a quick shower, and I cook my breakfast at 6:00 am. My breakfast consists of chocolate with milk, cookies, eggs, arepa with cheese and sometimes I eat some fruits like bananas, apples, or mangos. After this, I go to my work, I generally go on my motorcycle. When I am on my break, in the middle of the day, I have my lunch. I always eat soup, rice, meat, salad, and fruit juice. Then, I continue working during the rest of the afternoon. My work always finishes at 5:00 pm, after getting home, I do my university homeworks, my mother make dinner at 7:00 pm, we eat at the same time, and then, we watch TV. Finally I go to bed around 9.00 pm. In conclusion, I have a really busy life, during my weekends I do exactly the same activities that I do during the whole week , although sometimes, I practice some sports.

¿Estudié y aprendí los temas sugeridos del E-Book? No he completado la totalidad de los módulos, en mis espacios libres dedico un tiempo para avanzar con la actividad. 

 

 ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? Considero que participe en los tiempos establecidos, excepto con la última actividad que era publicar el link del padlet.

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? Si ¿Por qué? En la actualidad, el inglés ha implementado cambios en la sociedad, es importante aprender un segundo idioma ya que esto nos genera más oportunidades a corto y largo plazo.  

 

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? De manera significativa, ya que es un aprendizaje nuevo e importante.
