These are the things that go through your mind at the time.<br><br>Social - When being bullied it would be a good idea to tell someone that can help you for example parent, teachers, friends or someone else that you trust to tell your feelings to.<br><br>Mental - At the time you are bullied you don't have to keep it to your self and be independent tell someone but don't keep inside your head.<br><br>Physical - Even though you are being bullied it would be a good idea to eat a balanced diet, exersice and not eat to much junk food.</div>]]></description>

Tell a parent a teacher a friend or anyone else close to you.<br><br>Physical- Most bullying is based physically wether your fit or not so fit. And if your freind or little brother ect is getting bullied, help them out, because when you get bullied you feel like you have no freinds and are alone.<br><br>Emotional- When you get bullied, you feel a lot of emotions, you feel sad, alone, scared and upset. Because you feel that you are unliked and people dont like you, but that is not true, if you have confidence you will show you are strong and that the bullies can't get under your skin, they will back off.<br><br>Physical- One of the biggest causes of bullying is due to physical structure (fit or unfit) so, it is crucial to try and think about what you eat and exercise once in a while to keep in normal health and shape, because only you can know when you are in good health, you don't need to be a body builder, just be healthy.<br><br>Mental- </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social- It is really important if you are getting bullied is to talk to someone you trust like a close family member, friend or someone you trust. You should never not talk about a problem you have. You should always be a good listener if a friend is being bullied and they are going to you for advice.<br><br>Emotional-It is so important to have self confidence so that if someone does say something mean to you, it won't get to you. It is really important to recognise your own feelings, when you do it will be easier to get help and to talk to someone. A skill in life is to control your feelings. If you can't control your feelings, your feelings can get out of hand and can also lead to depression.<br><br>Physical- Whenever I am angry or sad at something, excersise really helps me to let out my feelings. Especially when you have been hurt, people tend to turn to junk food and eat excessive amounts of it. It is really important to identify that you are eating unhealthy or you are not eating at all which is also very bad for you.<br><br>Mental-when someone says something mean to you, never let that control you and control the way you think about yourself. If you let that happen, you won't have self love and you won't have confidence in yourself and that is not a healthy mindset. Sometimes you need time alone, try not to cling on to other people<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social- if you are being bullied on social media or physically getting bullied it is Important that you go to someone and talk about it with them because when you talk about something it makes you feel better and takes a couple weights off your shoulders and it can also stop the bullying because the person you talk to could have a talk with the bully and sort things out.<br><br>Emotional- it is important to be able to let your feelings out like crying because sometimes it can make you feel a lot better about the situation.<br><br>Physical- eating healthy and getting regular exercise can help with rough patches because well when I train I like to think about stuff and then it makes me feel better because I have thought about it and gone over it a couple of times. the exercise can keep you from getting overweight and the healthy eating can as well because well getting overweight would not help you at all when your in a tough position in fact it would make it worse.<br><br>Mental- when you are being bullied you have to keep the mean words out of your head and keep looking on the positive side of things don't let it rule over your entire life.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Emotional ~ </strong>Being bullied can give you mixed emotions such as: Sadness, anxiety, fear and worry. You also feel like the bully has taken any confidence you thought you once had. But sometimes you need to let out those emotions by crying for a while which then makes you feel a lot better and tell your self that you have something the bully doesn't have.<br><br><strong>Social ~ </strong>If you're getting&nbsp; bullied the victim tends to isolate them self from the world and go hide in a corner. But the best thing to do is go to an adult/teacher or someone you trust and tell them whats going on. Another thing you can do is go to the bully and tell them how you feel and that its makes you feel bad about your self and sad.<br><br><strong>Physical ~</strong> Being bullied makes you so dumb stuff like leaving your friends or taking the anger you have inside and letting it out on loved ones. When i'm sad or depressed i like to do gymnastics or dance but you can do something that makes you forget about everything going on and just focus on what your doing.<br><strong><br>Mental ~ </strong>When your being bullied you cant listen to what the bully is saying about you because its all garbage. You should just focus on the positives in life.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social- In life there would have been a bad situation in life that would have made you feel depressed. The best way how to get rid of this is to speak about it. There's no point in keeping your feelings to your self as its only going to support your negative feelings but not your positive feelings.<br><br>Emotional - There are lot of things which you start to become in life and sometimes it leads you to being emotional. When you get bullied you either want to fight back or cry to yourself. Just know who you are and that each person is special&nbsp;<br>and so are you.<br><br>Physical - Always wanted a six pack?make sure you're on a good diet, that you're in good health and you re not eating junk. This leads to a lower chance of heart disease, high cholesterol and diabetes. {This also makes you get a six pack for those who want one.}<br><br>Social- Looking for friends?Just be social and you will get more friends than you ever imagined. It is good to be social because it makes your communicating skills better and also improves the accent of the way you talk. It also accompanies you in hard times. For example, you're getting bullied, all you need to do is to talk to someone or to an adult who you trust. But if you aren't social then whom will you trust. Thats why its good to be social.<br><br></div>]]></description>
