Brain seems normal

Heart Dissection:
Heart had infection of the valves or Endocarditis, this could have lead to the death, but is otherwise unknown about as there were no other cuts on the body other than the one on his forehead that could've lead to an infected heart. 

Toxicology Report: 
65 mg/L of caffeine
20 mg/L of Acetaminophen
These are likely from the medication that Marcel was taking for his tooth pain as seen from the email that he got from Anytown Dentistry. 

Scene: 
Gum was found under the car
Car door had a dent on it stained with blood, likely from a fall after Marcel fell over

Time of Death Evidence:
No rigor mortis
Complete lividity
The internal temperature was at 93 degrees F matching the internal temperature of the garage
This can conclude a time of death around 30+ hours ago due to the complete lividity but otherwise no rigor mortis shown. Bugs were also apparent at the scene at each stage of their life cycle.

Marcel's Coworker
Last person to see Marcel before he died at his Friday shift at work. Had recently had an argument about stealing her tips and was going to get the manager involved if he didn't pay her back. 

Likely was at the scene, due to evidence of her DNA found at the scene in the form of gum. Has a sort of motive, not one to kill someone over in my mind but definitely possible. Marcel's Manager
Second to last person to see Marcel before he left his Friday shift. Got worried when Marcel didn't show up for his Sunday brunch shift after also not showing up for his Saturday night shift. Enjoyed Marcel and thought he was a good employee

Unlikely suspect, seems pretty clean, liked Marcel, no recent arguments, thought he was a good employee. No evidence found against her.
