We already have kids abusing the iPads and when they get in trouble they don't even care....or even get into much trouble. I think for this to work it needs to start at the earliest level to prepare them for what is expected 
- Digital Citizenship: EVERY students should learn about this starting in elementary school
- Virtual Field Trips sound like a great idea

There are so many possibilities. How can teachers be expected to use this and develop creative lessons when the classroom doesn't have internet access?
