My friends really bring out the best in me, they give off really good vibes and I know that their personality can also affect me. They’re all really nice, compassionate, and kind friends which makes me more or less the same, if my friends were a bit rude to others and bad influences I would eventually act the same.

I was emotionally abused when I was in a toxic friendship when I was younger, to where I then started developing and was later diagnosed with anxiety and tics which is a form of Tourette syndrome. Those things make me a bit stronger, I always try and be a good friend and never make my friends or anyone feel bad especially because of what I not only went but is still going through.

I was never to fond of school but I think the experiences and the interactions I’ve had at school made me a better person. I’m usually quite quiet because I know of I were to say something I could be held against it or it would cause problems. The people I’ve went to school with are all equally stone faced, self absorbed, arrogant people so I tend to stay equally as quiet near them because if I were to say something they would overreact. Besides that those experiences with those kids made me a strong person because even though they talk about a lot of people I try to not let it affect my self esteem.

I feel like activities can not only reveal what kind of person you are, and what you like, but as well as your identity. I practiced cheer for a short amount of time but I never ended up trying out. But a main activity/hobby that I’m trying to focus on is definitely drawing. I love drawing digitally and traditionally, I try and practice everyday so I can improve!

Families are of course the biggest influence and biggest part when it comes to shaping up your identity. Your parents are the ones who raise you, your parents either do a great job of raising you to be a good person, or a careless job of raising you to be a delinquent. Even though I was raised with two snobby sister and an annoying twin brother I still remained positive and hopeful in the end, my parents are always making sure that I make good decisions and hang out with the right people.

Gender is a BIG thing when it comes to identity as well, probably the biggest, especially when people can transition into the opposite gender (transgender) or are non binary. I am a female and with the two genders being male and female, both of the genders go through different things. Being the gender you are can really affect your life and affect how you live it.
