We touch Ventra card or ticket on ticket gate.

There isn't ticket gate.
There is a check on the ticket after getting on the train.
We have to show Ventra App's ticket or ticket.

CTA bus can be ridden with stroller or bicycle.
We don't need to fold a stroller when the bus isn't crowded.

Why do the drivers suddenly say "This is last stop!" at the bus stop it's not a terminal? I know there are some reasons such as a construction, but PLEASE let me know at the moment when I'm getting on the bus! It's not a question but a complaint.

When you take CTA bus, it's cheaper to pay fare by the Ventra card than with cash.
