Interviewee: Lisa Meyers
Relationship: Friend for 11 years

1. You are very intelligent, hardworking, and reliable.
2. You are very creative so you tend to get excited about a new project or idea, which can cause you to abandon whatever project you are currently working on. Shocker Peggy, your ADD is your biggest weakness.
3. You are very sociable and relationship driven. A loyal friend and committed to your relationships. You like lots of different activities and trying new things.
4. You would be good at a role that allows you to leverage your creative side and ability to build relationships with other people, along with leverage your business side.
5. You would be really unhappy in a job that did not allow you to think outside the box and consistent of repetitive tasks.
6. ( note: lisa did not really know how to answer this at first and got uncomfortable because it felt like a more serious question) You are super happy when you eat pizza! But as you know you are lactose intolerant so maybe that shows you are willing to do things you enjoy even if it has negative repercussions.

One of your fondest memories of me?
city lab - brought us closer. make sense of something nonsesical. we pushed each other out of our own comfort zones against what the teacher wanted.
2. What are some of my strengths?
very likable person, anyone you meet would say you give off very positive vides. that positive attitude ultimately yields good work. you ride in multiple friend groups - balancing in this context
3. Weaknesses?
- no real inter-personal weaknesses
- need someone to keep you pushed through the process. you are good at navigating ambiguity but it helps if you have someone around to keep you focused

4. How do you describe me to people you meet?
you are a very happy person, see the best in people, but i think you are able to sort out when people are being fake from being real then align yourself accordingly. very extroverted. surround yourself with positive people. always want to have fun

5. i thing you are good at dealing with compliucated ambiguous situations so a job that would allow to explore that terrirtory. a job that allows exploration - a foundation where you are trying to work in different areas. you want to do good for people.

6. a logistical manager, where theres a million different moving parts when theres the clock ticking in your brain.

7. describe a time when I am happy: you are happy when you are starting something new, class, project, new chapter, you are start out in situation in a positive note. beginnings excite you. you are were really happy when you got your deloitte offer. that whole process was challenging and stressful when you saw that your networking and labor finally paid off.

8. when do you see in me in 5 years? 10 years?
you are loyal and know what you want so i am not necessarily set to see you there in the next 5-10 years. i could see you leading the next big thing at the company or client - whatever work bests thing.

1. Key take aways
- I was surprised how similar the peer responses and long time friend/family responses were. I personally tend to think that my peers have only know me for a short period of time and probbaly have not been able to "get" me as a person yet. But that assumption is completely incorrect.
- I am process oriented and I like to be surrounded by others who can help move me through the process and keep a positive atitude throughout
- I love starting new projects and tackling the confusing, murky waters of projects but I need others who are different from me to make sure I do not lose focus of details
- I think one of the reasons I am struggling so much in picking a project is because I am nervous about who will be on the team because I am aware attitudes on conflicting personalities can really affect a project team.

2. Surprising Things
- my positive attitude ( and drive to keep things positive) seems to be one of my key strengths. I wonder if at times I just seem so positive in contrast to my peers because this program has been disappointing for others
- my ability to navigate big ambiguous problems and helping to bring others along with me seems to be a big trend
-
3. How it relates to my interest in design leadership issues
- the below diagram is my favorite design thinking process diagram because I really relate to all over the place squiggles and that part is my favorite part of the process
- I really love making connections with people and experimenting with how an expertise in one field can be applied to solve problems in another. Also, I love how the design process gives you brief moments to entertain some of those radical crazy ideas that satiates my need to be creative.
