What do you do when you’re not studying?

When I’m not studying, I usually listen to music 🎶 and clean the house 🧹. Listening to music helps me feel relaxed 😌 and motivated while I tidy up my space 🏠. It’s a great way to unwind and create a pleasant environment 🌿.

How do you feel about this course?

If I want to go to abroad with school,I must join an online english course because I need to be a person who can talk like a native speaker.Learning online gives me a lot of impact,althrough it's bad for some people.So,I'm very satisfied about this class.

What do you do when you aren't studying?

I don't have any part-time job.If I want to do something,I have to ask my parent to get a permission. In most of my free time,I go to the gym and do workout,especially free weight training.It's really helpful to heal my mind and body.

Hello everyone ! I’m Thin Htet Htet Aung. I’m from Yangon which is my lovely hometown. I’m pursuing an English Bachelor Degree and have already finished a diploma in Digital Marketing. I really enjoy studying them and glad to choose and start my career with them. Both of them have become my passion as well. 

I am an enthusiastic person who desperately wants to study English, communicate with native speakers and enjoy having lots of friends. 

How do you feel about this course?

As far as I am concerned, this class is the most effective one I’ve ever taken. Before this, my Speaking was so lame and not knowing grammar, and not rich in vocabulary. Normally ,I can’t take the class longer than 1 hour. But I don’t feel that I am bored because of the activities, games and teaching techniques. 

When it comes to English, I fully recommend it! I bet you will never regret it! 

What do you do when you are not studying? 

When I’m free, I mainly go out with friends yapping in a cafe. It releases my stress. Watching netflix is my other hobby. Sometimes, being a couch potato is my favorite one.  

How do you feel about this course ?

Generally, I'm so excited about this course. Sometimes I get nervous when we do presentations. But the teacher and classmates are very friendly. So I'm happy with them. They always help me a lot. And I got more confident and comfortable with English. If I have chance I'll join the next class with my guys. 

What do you do when you're not studying?

Normally, I play games such as mobile legends, PUBG mobile and other small games. Sometimes , I use social media to keep in touch with my family and friends. And I have another hobby . It's watching movies. I really like “The Witcher” Series. So, I spent a lot of time on that . Watching movies can improve my speaking and listening skills. 

How do you feel about this course?

I'm really enjoy this course.It helped me to improve my english skills.It's the best course that I've ever attended.Before I attended this course, my English skills were poor. However, after I attended this course, my English and communication skills improved significantly compared to the past.It's so cool.

What do you do when you're not studying?

Usually,I play games such as MLBB,PES and PUBG.Normall,I phone my family and childhood friends.Sometimes,I play soccer with my friends and brothers.At the weekend,I always watch Arsenal football match because it's my favorite football club.

My first language is Myanmar. However, I'm trying to speak English like my first one.

🌻I'm truly looking forward to learning about an online English language course. The teacher is good at teaching and my classmates are friendly. They assist me when I ask for. That's like I own warm house.

💚 I also have Thai Language class and I have to learn it three days a week. In my leisure time, I usually join environmental events and events that deal with our mental health. They provide me good networking skills. I read either english novels or myanmar novels and I always write poems. My friends love my poems and they tell me that they can touch their heart. 💛💃

How do you feel about this course?

In honestly,when I try my placement test to join this class ,I feel like “ I can’t do it or not “, like that.But right now I have a lot of confidence myself I feel like I can do everything.I really love my classmates,they are so adorable and friendly,if I have a chance I wanna join next class with them.

What do you do when you’re not studying?

My class starts 8 pm and end in 10 pm, after the class I have nothing to do and free all the hole day,so I decided to do work for finding money. After the class I call my boss who sell women dresses near my house.Actually she don’t even know me, one day after the class , when l way back home I saw hers shop and I through into and greeting her and told about my story.I asked her if she have no delivery man, can l work for her. And she already have a delivery service but she feels like I’m a student who wants work that’s why she allowed me to send delivery for her.And then after the class I call her today there is to send delivery or not,if have I go back to home early and if not have I hang out with my classmates.

Sometimes I join events when the youth organization held. Sometimes I go ACY for networking and meetings new people.

Hello everyone,I'm Aung Zaw Hein (Zane Austern) .I'm a student who is tending to walk on foreign's educational road. According to international universities, there's opportunities based on language's proficiency so I have to upgrade my skill .And firstly I have to get recognisable certificate so I'm attending GED class and aiming to get scholarship. If I have a chance, I want to be a famous volleyball player on the other hand studying a special business degree.

How do you feel about this course?

I feel satisfied about my class because of our impressive teacher and nice school's teaching technique.I won't stop studying english even when I'm in abroad .I'm also look forward to learn online .It probably help me when I'm in abroad.

What do you do when you're not studying?

Most of my free time, I often spend time for playing volleyball. Sometime playing guitar and groan a song. Sometime looking for new cooking recipes. I'm also enjoyer of young and dumb life. So I am always tied up my free time with those things.

I used to attend too many classes before this one. This class it the most effective for me. Before joining this class, I don't know how to communicate with other people. And I just a lazy-person. When I study more than 15 minutes ,I just want to sleep or get out of the class.But I am learning in this class, I feel energies and fun to learn with my new-friends. They are so friendly. Our teacher is really smart and kinda cute. So,I'm happy to learn with them.

When I'm free, I'm going to meet my friends and playing games. I like to watch movie or series. As I say, I'm not in good-relationship with my family. So, I go outside and go to somewhere. Hello everyone, I’m Myintzu Thin, and I’m 21 years old. I didn’t continue university after my first year, as I started working as an assistant teacher. However, I resigned because I decided to change my career path. Currently, I’m studying for a Diploma in F&B Management and learning English at IH Yangon. I plan to move to Dubai this December, where my boyfriend is working.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS COURSE?

Before joining this class, I wasn’t very confident in my English-speaking skills. I used to speak confidently only with my students. Now, I feel much more empowered, and it’s really helping me prepare for my future career. What I like most about IH Yangon is the interactive learning activities.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU’RE NOT STUDYING?

I work part-time at hotels in Yangon to gain experience in the F&B industry. I’m also preparing for interviews for my future job. Sometimes, I hang out with friends and spend quality time with my family. In my free time, I chat with my boyfriend about his work and daily life, getting myself ready for my move to Dubai.

How do you feel about this course?

In my childhood I really wanted to be an engineer like my parents. But in Myanmar there was unsafe to attend the university. So, I will join the technological university in abroad. Now, I’m really trying my best for my English skills. At first I was really hesitate to talk with other people in english. But now because of my beautiful English teacher, I have confidence to talk with the others.

What do you do when you’re not studying?

Actually I have nothing to work. But sometimes I help my parents’ jobs and last 5 months I bought a lot of garlics to store and now I sold them. I was also trying to be a business man.

My name's Shwe Yee Phyo and I come from Myanmar.I stopped my student life as a third year hornous Math when the Covid 19 had happened.I've already got a job as teacher in Private School.I did it here in Twantay . So,I want to improve my English skill because of my job.Now,I'm studying an English course at IH Yangon.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS COURSE?

I'm really satisfied about this course.All of my classmate are friendly and our teacher is good at teaching.You know,I'm also a teacher but I got lots of teaching techniques and ideas from my teacher.I really love it.If I have a chance,I will join next level.

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'RE NOT STUDUING?

When I'm free,I'm watching movies.I've a job in school.So,I spent my times by teaching and learning new knowledges for my students.This means I don't have a lot of time for myself,but that's OK.

I love my job.

When I started attending the class, I was worried that I couldn't level up and couldn't speak in three months. I thought it wouldn't be possible to reach another level. I have not self-studied as well. But the class is helpful to my English skills after just two months. I could not dare to speak in front of other people before. I was worried that when I talked, the sentence would be wrong or my pronunciation would be different. This class gave me the confidence to speak in English. I also carefully learned during class because of the teaching method and the Teacher's smiling face. But my English journey needs more to reach my goal so I would like to go through with International House Yangon-Mandalay.

The next topic is a little different: "What do you do when you're not studying?." So, if I have free time, I watch many movies without translation to Burmese. It improves my listening skills and enhances my vocabulary. Sometimes, I waste my time using social media. Therefore, I am trying to learn something instead of wasting time on social media.

     I absolutely happy with this pre-intermediate class.Our teacher is kind and smart.Her teaching style is easy to understand for us.I wish I'm in the next class where my teacher teaches us.My roommates are friendly.Some has sence of humor.Actually I hardly ever smile in my entire life.Howtever ,I smiled a lots in this class.I really unbelievable myself.We had activities such as presentation and games.I had good memories and I made lot of friendships.I won't never forget this memories.

      When I'm free, I usually play game with my brother and hang out with my friends.Sometime, there is nothing to do left, I just sleep.

I’ve attended other affordable classes before, but my English skills only improved slightly. I had heard about The Space back then, but I couldn’t afford it. That’s why, as I really wanted to improve my English skills, I saved up my allowance and finally joined.

When I first started this class, I felt discouraged, but later I began to feel that both my English skills and communication improved.
