My final reason I agree with Ms. Jennifer is Ravi had a lot of friends at Vidya Mandir and Dillon has a lot of friends so Ravi believes they can be friends.

I think Ravi's family is very inquisitive because they always ask Ravi questions. For example he gets home from school and his grandparents (Perimma and Perapa.) And Perimma asks him about every thing that happened at school today; if he ate his lunch, where their any more Indians in his class did he made any new friends. His mom also asked if he liked the lunch she gave him and if it was lumpy or not. This makes me think Ravi's family is inquisitive.

I think Dillon, and Joe affect Ravi because Ravi is mislead when Dillon winks at him, and when he sees Joe in casual clothes.
Dillon winking at him misleads him to believing they are friends. This makes me agree with Sam because he siad Dillon trying to lure Ravi out and the winking makes me agree with Sam.
Joe affects Ravi because he makes Ravi self secure because Joe wears different clothes than he did at Vidya Mandir. The people at Vidya Mandir had a dress code were the kids had collared shirts and stuff like that. So the clothes Joe is wearing is weird to Ravi.

I think Dillon samreen effects Ravi because Ravi keeps on trying to impress him. He also wants to sit next to him. But if Dillon wasn't there then Ravi would probably act differently. Also, Ravi thinks Dillon is a good person but if Dillon wasn't there then maybe Ravi would see things differently.
I also agree with Julian and Lily that Ravi thinks that Joe isn't neat or tidy but I also think that Ravi doesn't realize that most kids in America are not as tidy as him! I can prove this because in the text ravi acts surprised when he sees that Joe is wearing track pants and a casual t-shirt but Ravi has to change his mindset or else he will never get used to America!!!!
