The government has laws.

The government has different levels of government.

The government takes taxes from people.

The government controls the congress.

The government controls laws and such, provided power by the people.

They take taxes from people.

They have laws.

They have control over our water and put fluoride in it.

They weaponize the weather with the HAARP.
