Karaoke because this allows you to focus on one particular person. This will also help you if you're shy because it pushes you out of your comfort zone, but once you overcome the shyness, its a really fun activity. An example of this for me would be band, because  everyone had to participate in order it to become "one sound." Every one has to contribute to the sound. (page 51)  Everyone participates in some way either singing, dancing, or playing an instrument. For example in an orchestra everyone is participating , playing different instruments, and the different instruments come together in harmony. What I like about this is that there is something for everybody to do which means anyone can participate. Almost every Disney fan knew all the songs or most of the songs from the HSM cast.
