Also about this Calvin kid and his compulsions kind of caught me off guard and was kind of strange, but later in the chapters I start to like the kid. Then, Meg, Charles Wallace( Meg's brother), and Calvin O'Keefe ( a kid from Meg's school) go into a woman named MrsWhatsit's house, who was not very nice when she first met the Murry's when she first met them (in my opinion at least) find themselves in front of one of her two friends named Mrs.Who, who was nice to them at first but out of the blue, she just barges them out of her house! I was very surprised over that. Soon after Meg and Calvin were have a moment before getting  rudely interrupted by Charles Wallace, but he mentions something about a mission to save her dad. But yet again, OUT OF NOWHERE, Mrs.Who appears. Next Mrs.Whatsit climbed over a wall. However, another voice is heard that doesn't speak very well, but it turns out to be the third of the trio Mrs.Which and is quite the strange type. To continue, the language they used to describe their father made it seem as if he left.  As I read more Meg's character was very odd and peculiar enticing you to read more.  Late in the chapter when you met all the characters Meg and Charles Wallace seemed to have may similarities in their characteristics. Mrs. Whatsit seemed the most unusual in the chapter, because the author described her house as haunted. Mrs Whatit has a middle of the night of the night visit which she proved to have poor social skills and poor manners, just odd like her. I guess that's how the book got it's name. A Wrinkle in Time. Then, Mrs.Which mentions changing. I guess that's similar to materializing. Then she suggests that Mrs.Whatsit changes. Then she does change into this white, angelic, majestic, strong, horse-like , winged creature that, from what I've read, is so cool. Also, the author did such an amazing job describing how it looks. I felt it was standing in front of me asking me to get on it's back. After that, they saw this dark shadow that looked evil and was evil. Some time after that they went to a place that homed the thing ( I don't know whether to call it a person or a thing so I'm just going to go with thing) called a Happy Medium which seemed to be important. I don't think that it was fair to Meg when she was tessering for the first time. She could have at least been notified about what she was going to experience. I just have one question. What would they do if Meg dropped her flower mask? Would they go back down or would she have to share with someone? Why do they say Mrs. Whatsit is young if she is 2,379,152,497 years, 8 months, and 3 days? I just wonder how they are going to defeat the "dark thing".

In Uriel, Mrs Whatsit transformed into another creature, that was pretty strange.  I also thought it was strong, because a normal creature can not carry 3 kids at once. To continue, Mrs Whatsit climbed them to the top of the mountain. The author's description made it seem so BIG. 
At the end of the pages they were in a cave. They looked through a clear crystal ball that showed them the shadow on their planet. That really surprised me. Another thing that surprised me was when she quoted " I did so love being a star". Well if she loved being a star so much why did she sacrifice her life. I mean I know she wanted to save the earth from the dark thing but, she could've left it to one of the other trillion stars out there! Then, Meg wanted to see her father but, Mrs.Which shut her down quickly.However the Medium offered to show Meg her mother but, knowing Meg once she got an inch she wanted a mile. So she asked if Calvin could see his mom too. Meg also decided to ask if Calvin's mom could be shone first. I personally think that was a move having Calvin's mom shone at all because what was shone was her whacking one of two small children for not doing DISHES which was unprecedented and uncalled for. After that Meg's mom was shone writing a letter to Meg's dad but then broke into tears which fueled Meg with anger. Mrs.Which didn't think that the medium should've shone either of the moms. As usual Mrs.Which was right. In a little bit they wrinkled to a place called Camazotz where their father resigned. Mrs.Which told them not to let the people of camozotz separate them. Which almost happened because there was a boy. Throwing a ball up and down but missing it a few times. His mom grabbed him and pulled him inside his home! Charles wanted to stay and look. However Meg wasn't going to let Charles Wallace stay by himself. One thing I don't understand is if Mrs.Which is seemingly always right than why don't they listen to her. Also can't this book stay on one topic! For instance, they're in the city. They could just walk through to get to their fathers building but, no they want to see everything in the city. Like who cares you're there to retrieve your father! Who cares about some strange tons people! This book makes me curious,  sometimes laugh, and sometimes rage because of stupid moves they make! How can Meg, Calvin, Charles, and Meg's father get back home, though? How can Charles even come back out of his trance? I'm predicting that something weird will happen next (although everything weird has already happened) and that they will be able to return to Earth. It's Aunt Beast. She is definitely my second favorite character. No one and I mean no one will ever replace the number one who is Charles Wallace. Not It Charles Wallace just general old Charles Wallace. Also for most of the start of the assignment Meg was knocked out cold. Pretty much flattened. Another thing is that toward the end of chapter eleven, a voice said " WWEE AAREE HHEERREE" and honestly anyone who's read this book will know that way of speaking is the one and only Mrs.Which. One last thing I've been waiting to mention is if Mrs.Which, Mrs.Who, and Mrs.Whatsit are all Mrs. then where is their Mr. I know for a fact that if you are a Mrs. you will have a Mr. So if you are just a miss then you won't have a Mr. yet. So are there a Mr.Which, a Mr.Who, and a Mr.Whatsit or did they all turn into stars? I don't know that's just been a theory I've had for quite sometime. Anyway what I just read from that, just overall made me happy!! Why does touching the fur of the blind creatures make you feel reassured and safer, anyways?Also, I don't know why, but whenever the book mentions Mr.Murry, I think about Abraham Lincoln with grey hair and glasses!
