Technology can be used to incorporate physical activity, as the majority of kids will have experience using a Wii, computer, or some other gaming system.  Pedometers could be

utilized for younger kids to encourage them to move more;  YouTube videos could be used for demonstration and learning purposes; keeping an online exercise log that shows

 a students/class progress.  I think that the possiblities are endless and if it encourages healthy lifestyles for the students, then why not use it?
