         <description><![CDATA[<div> shrimp boil<br><br></div><ul><li>Combine potatoes, ¼ cup Zatarain’s, several large pinches of salt, and 5 quarts water in a large stockpot. Cut 1 lemon in half crosswise and squeeze juice into pot, then toss in halves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are fork-tender, 20–25 minutes.<br><br></li><li>Add corn to pot; increase heat to high and bring liquid back to a boil. Add shrimp, cover pot, and turn off heat. Poach shrimp until just cooked through, about 2 minutes. Immediately pour entire contents of pot into a large colander to drain, then spread out corn, potatoes, and shrimp on a large rimmed baking sheet or sheets of newspaper; discard lemon halves. Sprinkle with more Zatarain’s and drizzle with oil. Cut remaining lemon into wedges and serve alongside for squeezing over. <br><br></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Preheat oven to 350°. Season lamb with salt and pepper. Heat canola oil in a medium ovenproof pot over medium-high. Cook lamb, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 10–12 minutes. Transfer to a plate.<br><br></li><li>Reduce heat to medium-low and cook shallots and garlic until shallots are softened and edges of garlic are golden brown, 3–4 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook until heated through and darkened in color, about 2 minutes. Add wine, scraping up browned bits, and bring to a simmer. Add stock, bay leaves, 2 thyme sprigs, and reserved lamb shank; return to a simmer. Cover, transfer to oven, and braise, turning lamb occasionally, until meat is falling off the bone, 2½–3 hours.<br><br></li><li>Meanwhile, tie remaining 5 thyme sprigs into a bundle with twine. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium. Add onions and thyme bundle; season with salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are deep golden brown, 25–30 minutes. Remove thyme bundle and discard. Finely chop onion; set aside.<br><br></li><li>Transfer lamb to a cutting board and let cool. Strain braising liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl or measuring cup (you should have about ¼ cup). Discard thyme and bay leaves; separately reserve liquid and solids. Wipe out pot.<br><br></li><li>Pull off meat from shank and finely chop; transfer to a medium bowl; discard any silver skin and excess fat. Add caramelized onions, cheese, 4 Tbsp. braising liquid, and half of the braising solids. Stir to combine; taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.<br><br></li><li>Crush tomatoes with your hands or the back of a fork in reserved pot. Add remaining braising liquid and solids and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half and sauce is thickened and slightly chunky, 25–35 minutes. Stir in butter and vinegar; season with salt and pepper.<br><br></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> </div><ul><li>In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil and salt. Stir in flour, a cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.</li><li>Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.</li><li>Punch down dough; divide in half. Press each into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil; spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper and cheese.</li><li>Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. </li></ul>]]></description>
