The school was opened in 1983. The land of the school was donated to National Education by a benefactor named Hacı Hüseyin Bilen. Our school is named after a medical scholar, Ibn Sina.

In 1983, he started teaching. In 1995-1996 academic year, the school received the name of primary education as in the whole country. In 2012, an additional building was demolished and a new building was built with 28 classrooms.

It was put into service in 2013-2014 academic year.
