         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the 1920's  Capone used the prohibition  law against the government by illegally selling alcohol earning himself $60 million dollars a year from alcohol sales alone. Since alcohol had been banned their was no tax on alcohol, so the money went straight into the gangsters pockets.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The prohibition Act banned the selling and production of alcohol, but it never said anything about drinking it. Speakeasies were bars where people went to drink illegally. These speakeasies were normally ran by gangsters.&nbsp;With the increase of these speakeasies it became that much harder for the government to enforce the prohibition law.</div>]]></description>
