<title>Dianne HorachekAt work I&#39;ve recently joined a community of practice consisting of colleagues from different departments. Some of us are program subject matter experts; some are financial experts; some are system experts; and others are communication experts. We are working on planning a forum and learn track for a group of staff. I haven&#39;t heard of community of inquiry before.</title>

<title>My experience with a community of practice has been very positive. I am not familiar with communities of inquiry. The community of practice provided an opportunity for a mix of f2f and web based sharing of information and support.</title>
