I shared the post because I was feeling upset and jealous after seeing my crush walk home with another girl. I posted a long paragraph while I was feeling bitter about it.

When I heard about the negative comments, I felt ridiculed and self conscious because the post was not meant to be open to the public.

I shared the post as I just wanted to express what I was feeling and didn't think that the post would offend anyone. When I saw the hurtful comments, I was shocked and upset because I was just expressing my feelings and someone went to hate on me.

If I was Serene, I shared the post because I was just trying to vent my feelings so that I can feel better, not meaning to affect anyone else. I felt wronged when I saw the hurtful responses and comments.

Serene is mad at Sonya as she told the whole group to ignore her when she was giving suggestions to them. Sonya is frustrated that Serene is posting her emo stories on social media to gain more attention. But Serene just wanted to share her feelings online instead of trying to gain more attention. Serene felt like everyone should have the rights to post how they feel and not be judged by others.

serene tried her best to interact with sonya and the rest, however sonya purposely asked the others to ignore her. she didn't listen to her contribution and even tried to pick a fight with her. serene was upset because as sonya evend spread rumour about her online. this resulted in a fight, where sonya was in the wrong for being mean to serene and serene shouting at sonya made the fight worse.

Mediator helped to firstly solve both personal issues separately which helps to calm both parties down, then they are able to talk to each other rationally and solve their conflict

Serene talk about how immigrants are like people in their houses being maids, however, sonya thinking that she is being referred as one of them decides to ignore serene's suggestion instead of correcting her. Causing both of them to get angry at each other.
