Technology and strategy affected the outcome of WWll. Something like new technology such as new weapons can give them an advantage against the other team. Strategy also affects the outcome of the war because they each have plans of what they’re going to do such like positions and that can make the difference of the outcome.

Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki

The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are a very good demonstration of how technology can affect war, "Little Boy" and "Fat Man", the bomb dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, killed an estimated amount of 140,000 people. People can make bombs that can kill over thousands of people in an instance if this isn't a demonstration of how technology can change the outcome of a war then i don't know what is. Also strategy must have been used in the dropping of both bombs because they don't want the bomb to be drifted out by the wind and possibly blow up something else, and had to plan out before to know the weather and had to determine the altitude of where they were going to drop it, so they had a lot of risk of the bombing going bad.

The Battle of the Bulge

The battle of the Bulge lasted a brutal six weeks and in the end over 195,000 troops in total were lost. On the Germans side they had lost around 120,000, while the allied force had lost 75,000. The weapons that were used were machine guns, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, rifles, sub machine guns, and tanks, etc. The tanks are a very good demonstration of how technology was developing and changed the affected the war. Tanks are armored and very traversal vehicles that are able to shoot high explosives that are very fast and destructive and since they are armored no bullets are able to penetrate it, so it is an unstoppable vehicle, but there were rocket launchers in war which was able to do damage to it, and machine guns were guns with a lot of ammo loaded in to weapons without having to reload when shooting. Also the Germans did a sneak attack on the allied team, but still lost in the end. The tanks and weapons affected the war because there wouldn't have been as much deaths as there were, and strategy was used on the Germans side because they thought of spitting up the allied team which is why they did a sneak attack on them so they had this whole plan set up but sometimes it doesn't always go according to plan.
