Also it leads to sleep deprivation, unhealthy levels of stress, as well as related health problems.For an example, when i have homework i feel very exhausted and sometimes forget and forget the information on the homework. And students should have a break from school  because they been in school for 8 hours straight.

Also students should have time to spend with family and friends. And me being in multiple sports its stressfull having to homework and practice. Once before i had a long game and i had to write out a full page essay and i has really tired and forgot to do it and i got a zero.
