Honestly, I would have to say that I prefer travelling in a group with my friends. And the explanation for this could be that it’s a good way to get into the trip without worries, especially about transportation or accommodation.

Well, it goes without saying that there is quite a variety of things that I like to do when I visit new places. First of all, I like to take in the stunning sights and the picturesque view of the new places. Furthermore, I'm really excited to discover new cultures and cuisines, which due to the fact that these help broaden my knowledge

4.​What places would you like to visit in the future?

To be honest, I often think about this, and if I had a chance, I would like to go abroad to tour the USA and the UK.

Of course, like many other people, I’m really fond of eating healthy food, especially some dishes by my mother like tofu and meat dishes.

2.​Do you think it’s important to eat healthy food?

Actually if I think about this, I guess that eating healthy food is really very important, especially if you consider that it helps us to maintain a good shaped body and also helps to prevent a variety of diseases like diabetes or obesity. Additionally, healthy dishes are often lip-smacking good and easy to digest , which is very suitable for our daily diet.

3.​Do you think people eat healthier food nowadays compared to the past?

Generally, in any opinion, I would have to say that people nowadays do eat healthier food than those in the past. I guess the reason is because people are more aware of the impact of nutrition on their health. Additionally, with higher living standards, people can afford many kinds of healthy food.

To be completely honest, I often think about this, and if I had a chance, I would like to go abroad to tour the USA and the UK. And the explanation for this could be that I'm really a film buff (who loves films), so I would love to visit Hollywood in USA, and to see Big Ben, London Bridge in the UK.

Honestly, I have had a collection of stamps. I really get into historical events, people and places that they symbolize. I can also learn a lot about the special animals, flowers and unique places around the world.

2. Why do people like collecting things?

First of all, people like to collect things mostly as a hobby which helps them relax and relieve stress (=decrease stress). In addition to this, collecting things, especially stamps or money, brings understanding about the history and value of the things they collect. Finally, collecting can can be a fun way to learn about different cultures of the past and present through collecting many different types of things.

Well to be honest, I would say that I'm really keen on reading. I guess the reason why is that it not only broadens my knowledge but also helps me to improve my intellectual ability (kha nang tu duy). Therefore, whenever I have free time, I usually have my nose in a book (read a book).

2.​How often do you read?

It really depends on the situation. In case I'm free, I will read every day. You know I love all kinds of book so I always feel interested in reading them. Whereas, if I'm busy studying, it's more likely that I'll only read my text books twice a week.

3.​What do you like to read?

Well, there is a mixed variety of books that I love, but in particular I would say that I have a passion for (=like) detective novels (tieu thuyet trinh tham). I guess the reason for this could be that they are so gripping (interesting & exciting), always keep me in suspense and peak my curiosity about what's going to happen next. Additionally, the content (noi dung) usually heightens my awareness (nang cao nhan thuc) about the cultural settings.

4.​Where do you usually read?

Generally speaking, it really depends on the situation. For example, whenever I'm free, it's quite possible that I'll read books in the library. You know it's not only a quiet place but also has a lot of books, and actually it's the best choice for a place where I can concentrate on my work. But reading books at home is not a bad choice when I don't have much free time. Reading books also allows me to put my feet and learn effectively at the same time.

Overthinking is when people think too much about problems or situations, even small ones. Nowadays, this problem is very common among young people.

There are several reasons for overthinking. Firstly, young people face a lot of academic pressure from school and exams. Secondly, social media makes them compare themselves with others, which can cause negative thoughts. In addition, many young people are afraid of making mistakes, so they think again and again before making decisions.

Overthinking can have serious effects. It can lead to stress and anxiety, and some people may find it hard to sleep. Moreover, overthinking can reduce confidence and make people feel tired mentally.

To solve this problem, young people should learn how to manage their time and relax. Talking to friends or family is also a good way to reduce stress. Besides, doing activities like listening to music or exercising can help clear the mind.

In conclusion, overthinking is a common issue among young people, but with the right solutions, it can be controlled
