In our school, we use multi-level feedback system. The strengths of this is you can directly pinpoint both your strengths and weaknesses and it can give you a clearer vision on what aspect that you will need to improve. The only limitation here is you can get hurt if you don't take it positively and will lead to the decline of ones self-confidence and self-esteem. Others can also have a bias opinion about others and can give dishonest opinions whenever.

No, because from time to time school heads are actually moved from one place to another. the advantage is that we cannot established a healthy and consistent feedback system , considering that leaders and heads varies differently. But on the other hand , since teachers trained differently and because of individual differences , there experience in their advisory class , parents and community they visited they have the so called personal learned feedback system. And this system is being adopt by others , that lead gradually to become a adopt feedback system, which useful also.

And for the teacher the consensus and the majority perspective.

The strength is that we are aware of each indicator's concern, however on the other hand it puts much pressure on the teacher because there are lots of voices and confusion at the same time, whether to whom we are going to listen and address first.

Our school is using multi level feedback system. The strength is that you can give positive feedback and constructive suggestions for improvement that fosters successful, independent learning skills at schools which allows other stakeholders and members in the community to give feedback also. Yet, sometimes, not all feedbacks will be taken positively. Sometimes there is misunderstanding the way the feedback is interpreted

At school, we are using multi-level feedback system. Strenghts: (1) Allows teachers to tailor their feedback to individual student needs; (2) Students are more likely to develop a growth mindset and perceive feedback as a chance to improve rather than a criticism of their skills. Limitations: (1) it can be time-intensive for teachers, especially in larger classes; (2) If there's a time gap between when feedback is provided and when students can apply it, the impact of the feedback might diminish. Students may forget the context or struggle to connect the feedback to their work.

In our school we use used multi-level feedback.
Strength: It establishes fairness as teachers can assign different levels of support or intervention from multiple sources; based on individual student needs, ensuring a fair distribution of attention. Students with varying abilities and learning paces can receive tailored feedback and assistance according to their needs. Students struggling with certain concepts can receive additional help sooner, preventing them from falling behind.

Weaknesses: Implementing a multi-level feedback system requires careful planning, organization, and coordination among teachers, potentially increasing administrative overhead. Ensuring consistency and fairness across different levels of feedback can be challenging. Students might feel overwhelmed if they receive too much feedback or if the feedback is not effectively communicated.
