She described the set as pretty dark and scary because it was in an abandoned apartment complex. Maddie met with the choreographer, Ryan Heffington, and went through the moves him and Sia were envisioning. Maddie felt as though it was strange that they didn't want pointed-toes involved. The sad part about the tour ending was saying goodbye. Maddie explains how this was basically her second family and to say goodbye to all of it was going to be hard. At first, Maddie was a little scared to speak the truth and criticize the young dancers but after a while realized that criticism is good, so that the dancers could fix what needed to be fixed. There is a timer that shows how many minutes and seconds the judges had left to speak before the commercials. The other judge, Nigel, has a tendency to talk for a very long time. She played this character named Shelby who lives in the shadow of her older sister and tries to follow her sister's footsteps and become a violin player. Along the way, Shelby realizes that she's a better dancer than playing the violin. One more show she was on is called, "Ricky, Nicky, Dicky & Dawn. In this show, Maddie played this character named Eiffel. She was a mean ballerina girl that wanted Dawn's brother to be partners with her in class. Maddie loved playing this role because she got to be this snobby little girl that she doesn't get to be in real life.
