- I believe it is to proceed with a holistic approach, to focus on the structural integrity of our body, mind, and spirit, the ability to pursue any difficulty with perseverance and dignity.

- I feel it every day when I wake up, eat, and go to bed. Every day that I live and breathe, I am saved and cared for by the grace of our Lord and savior. The tranquility of God's eternal love is something to be proud of, whether from financial freedom, safety, healing, or protection from the pandemic. Grace is the divine influence for humans to sanctify immoral impulses, something God can provide.

- That I unknowingly am always cared for by God, I have collected my thoughts and have concluded to be grateful for the life I have. And to never take his grace and mercy for granted. The Recollection was held on a Saturday morning and was a nice chance to unwind and listen while I was busy doing some other tasks. I truly felt God's presence, and it inspired me to love and serve him always.

1.) During the pandemic, my "spiritual system" had messed up because I was not able to fix my sleep schedule, and sometimes, I feel weak and lazy. I can strengthen my “Spiritual (Immune) System” based on the talk in the recollection by sharing my problems to God. I can solve my problems by means of praying and talking to God. Also, I will fix my “spiritual system” by eating healthy foods, meditating in my free time, and thinking positively always.

2.) I am willing to share my past experience that I didn’t know that God’s grace is always with me. When I was in Grade 6, I was taking my USTET exam for Junior High School. Before the exam, I thought it’s an average level because I enrolled and studied at a review center so that I can pass the exam; but I didn’t know that the said examination is hard. After I took the exam, I told to my parents that I am not too confident that I will ace the exam because the test was difficult. After 1 month of taking the USTET exam, I opened the UST OFAD website to know whether I pass or fail. When I opened the tab, it reflected that I failed the test. At first, I am having a hard time in accepting the result that was projected on the website. I, together with my parents, wrote a reconsideration letter to the UST JHS office in order to give me another chance to study at the university. In May 2019, we are still worried because I still don’t have a school to enroll, and I was about to cry that time. I told myself that God’s blessing will come to me anytime and I keep manifesting that I will be studying at UST; it is my dream school to study at until I finish my education. Around June 2019, the UST JHS office called us for an interview; me and my parents were so happy that time. The following day, I went to UST JHS for the interview, and I am happy to say that I passed it. I was very thankful for God’s blessing and grace that He gave to me. I promised to Him that I will do my best in my studies.

3.) My realizations after the Lenten Recollection are always believe in God’s timing because He will give you a perfect blessing if you wait patiently for His go signal. Prayers are very powerful because when we ask something to God, He will make it come true and He will grant your request. Lastly, we, as brothers and sisters, should always love God every day and every time we wake up, we should always thank Him that we are still alive.

- We can strengthen our spiritual system by focusing on ourselves, and distancing from temptation. If we focus on becoming a better person, and thinking positively then we can surely improve our spiritual system. And of course, you can always rely on God when you feel that you are losing yourself, and need someone to guide you.

- Back in Grade 8, I caught a disease which is Dengue, and it took a heavy toll on my body. I lost appetite to the point I wouldn't eat for a whole day, and I was feeling weak all throughout my body. But that didn't stop me from praying to recover. Everyday, my mom and I would pray the rosary inside my hospital room for a healthy recovery. We were worried that my dengue might get worse especially when it happened during the hardest times of the pandemic. We prayed with all our hearts, asking help from God, and thankfully our prayers were answered. I recovered faster than the doctor expected, and I felt that Lord was there to protect and heal me as I recover. Even in the hardest times, God is always with us.

- I realized that God is always there to listen and answer our prayer, and we shouldn't take advantage of it. We should always be grateful on what we received since it's still a blessing given to us by the heavens. We shouldn't be complaining too much because everything happens for a reason. God has designated destiny for all of us.

- We can strengthen our "Spiritual (Immune) System" by being open to God. For me, being open to God can be achieved through prayers and dedication to oneself. When we pray our own prayers, we talk to God and even though He might not answer back, he answers through various ways, might be in the form of a blessing or a sign. Generally, dedication is defined as devotion to a specific task, goal, or motive. When we dedicate to ourselves, we should disregard the mistakes and focus on doing better because our mistakes should only serve as our guide to do better and become better versions of ourselves. Dedication, for most of us, is hard yet possible with the help of God through prayers.

- I recall that back in 7th Grade, freshman year, I got my first line of 7 in the subject Mathematics since the pandemic has just begun to ravage our country. I was failing exams from left to right and I questioned God's authority that time. I was upset and shocked because the grades I have been getting were not meeting everyone's expectations. After the school year, I did my best to recharge and compensate for my despair, and the next school year, I finished the year with Him.

- I've concluded that we don't need to question God's authority because he has already set out a plan for us, from the very moment that we are born to the day we say goodbye. It is exceptionally true that God is Good. He doesn't give us challenges that we don't overcome and hardships that we don't break through. It simply shows how God raises us to the limits so that we can fulfill and become that, earlier mentioned, better versions of ourselves.

- Because the pandemic has caused a distance between many people to God, I can strengthen my "Spiritual (Immune) System" by praying to Him and reconnecting with Him. Aside from praying, I can strengthen my Spiritual System by spending more time reading and listening to His word. And, lastly, I will trust Him wholeheartedly because He knows what I will go through in life.

- When I took the USTET three years ago, I also felt God's Grace. I honestly didn't think I'd pass the test because I wasn't prepared for it. I didn't study a single lesson before taking the test. I was offered the opportunity to attend a review center, but I declined. When the day of the USTET arrived, I was debating whether we should continue to UST or return home because I was convinced I would fail the test. I thought to myself, "Nandito na ako, might as well take the opportunity, 'di naman masamang mag-try." I was standing outside the JHS building, I felt my heartache as I told my mother to not expect anything from me, but I told her I'll do the best of my abilities to pass the test. I just prayed to Him as I answered, and the funny thing was that I was asking Him to give me a sign if my answer was incorrect. I was losing hope the entire time I was taking the test. Despite the fact that the test was difficult, I did my best to correctly answer the items that I was familiar with. I was relieved but worried after the test. We were always praying for me to pass the USTET while we waited for the results because UST was the only school I applied to in junior high. When March 15 arrived, I logged in to the website and saw, "Status: For Interview." I was confused because I didn't know if I had passed or not. When I showed it to my mother, I saw her eyes well up with tears. She told me that I had passed the entrance exam. I couldn't put into words how I felt at the time. I was jumping around the room, but my brain couldn't quite process what it had just heard. We went to mass later that week. I thanked Him for providing me with the opportunity to study at one of the best schools in the Philippines. I felt as if I was destined to study at UST. Now I'm here. Although studying at a university is difficult, I am still fighting and doing my best because this is what God has planned for me. I will be eternally grateful to Him for providing me with this opportunity.

- After the Lenten Recollection, I realized that God is always looking out for me. When we are in His grace, we are filled with blessings, hope, love, and strength. Even if we aren't aware of it, He is humbling us. He is always available to us and is capable of performing miracles in mysterious ways.

1. One can strengthen their "Spiritual (Immune) System" by communicating with God freely. Always turning to Him at any time. One can also strengthen their "Spiritual (Immune) System" by paying attention to Him, in Church and the people around us. He communicates with us through people's actions.

2. I can always remember the two weeks before my last final exams in previous school. I was already tired of the cycle of being in quarantine. Waking up in my room and for the rest of the day, I was at home, in my room. I remember how I would always do something to occupy myself to just forget the fact that I have been stuck in my house for a long time. It brings me back to time when my student portal would always open 24/7, or how I would always do my papers in advance. All I wanted to have were good grades, something that I put all my efforts in. I felt God's grace when I did get my results back. I understood all my lessons which resulted me to get the good results and general average. All these were done by Him, when I trusted and had faith in Him and myself. When I was losing all hopes and wanted to stop, it was His graces who truly helped me.

3. I realized that God connects with us always, in every way. It does not matter how little or big it is, He always communicates with us, we just have to pause for a while and pay attention. I also have thought about the fact that we may doubt the process but we have to continue to believe in His plans for us. He wants to see us flourish, and grow we just have to keep our faith in Him and His processes. If something doesn't work out, then He has something better planned for us. Something that we would truly enjoy and be happier than ever in.

1) To strengthen my " Spiritual (Immune) System", I should be more open to God and to connect with Him again. To do this, I can spend time with Him through praying and reading His word. Learning how to grow, and making ourselves stronger with His guidance is also a good way to strengthen the relationship we have with Him. No matter what happens, trusting in Him and turning to Him is always the better option.

2) Just like how most have felt, when I also took the USTET some years ago, I felt God's grace. While preparing and taking the test, I was sure I would fail for I never bothered to review completely or attend review centers. Throughout the days waiting for the results, I did pray to God, hoping to somehow pass. I tried not to expect for anything because I don't like the thought of disappointing myself and also my family but, when the day the results came, I did not expect I would pass. It was weirdly confusing for me that time since I was unsure of most my answers in the test and I managed to pass. I thought that maybe this is fate's doing and also God's blessing. After processing what happened, my family and I went to the Church to pray and wholeheartedly thanking God for giving me an opportunity to study in UST Junior High School. At times I felt things would go downfall, His graces always help me.

3) God is indeed good as He has done so many great things for us. The blessings he showers us, we should all be eternally grateful for it. Regardless how difficult times are, He would always be the one to stay and be with us. He'd walk with us through our ups and downs and listens to us which shows how important prayer truly is. God's plan for our lives is as good as His perfect timing. When we entrust ourselves to Him, we can experience total peace and happiness.

1. I can strengthen my spiritual system by doing things that would lead me closer to God -- reflecting, reading a bible, watching spiritually-nourishing videos like Fulltank, writing in a journal, praying, and helping and reaching out to those in need to show mercy, love, and compassion. I believe that we are all instruments and channels of God' grace to one another. We are blessed by God so we can also share this and to bless others. We become a blessing to others, and we mark a significant part in their life. Let God's grace flow in our life from our hearts to our hands and back. In this way, we would be able to strengthen our spirituality and inner well-being that is centered on God.

2. Whenever I feel down, weak, and anxious, I always pray, talk, and seek God's presence. One time I encountered a problem that seemed to be my weakness. I escaped from it rather than facing it. I cried and prayed to God because I feel sad and less of a person, then I opened the bible, and this verse resonated with me.

"Today is holy to our Lord so don't be sad. The joy that the Lord gives you will make you strong." - Nehemiah 9:10

I felt God's grace and power within me. I know that He is beside me, and He fuels me with His love and mercy which makes me strong and joyful. This reminded me that I have God with me and that I just needed to believe, to trust, and to surrender to His will and power.

3. Challenges, may they be big or small, are all part of life. These are what would make us stronger and better. As a Christian and as a faithful servant of the Lord, I have realized that it is important to apply BTS in life which stands for: Believe, Trust, and Surrender. Whatever it is that I am going through in life and no matter how bumpy the road I'm journeying through, I believe and trust that God will only be the one who can heal me completely. It is by His mercy and grace, I'll be healed and saved. Right now, it may seem that everything is chaotic but in time, we will realize the reason and the purpose for that. I might be hurt emotionally and spiritually but I know that soon, I would understand why the hurt was necessary. I shall surrender everything to the Lord – my worries, fears, anxieties, doubts.

1. I can strengthen my spiritual immune system by regularly practicing what the Church has taught me. I would make it a practice to pray and read the bible every week to maintain a healthy relationship with God. This is also my way of staying connected and for my faith to be strong.

2. One experience I can say that I experienced God's grace is when I felt hopeless when a loved one of mine fell ill and I can't do anything but help them feel a bit better and more comfortable. I felt his grace through the strength he gave my loved one to be able to recover. I also felt him guide me back to him when I was feeling disconnected from him and the Church.

3. Some realizations I have had after this Lenten Recollection is that God works in mysterious ways. We may not be at all aware of how things will turn out but this is where faith play a vital role. We have to be able to trust him with our lives and that's what makes our relationship with him sacred.

(no screenshot yet)

1. We can strengthen our spiritual immune system by thanking Him for all He has done to us all, from helping us survive the pandemic, guiding us through the course of online classes, and protecting and giving us blessings throughout our lives. We also need to turn to Him when we are helpless in our trials and challenges. We shouldn't be fed with our pride and with our own, physical achievements if we know in the first place that we can't do it without God. And finally, in order to enhance it even more, we should share our blessings with other people, the ones who have a weak "spiritual immune system" and really needs God to guide them.

2. I have a lot of experiences which I felt God's grace and guidance in my life. One is during this pandemic, obviously. When I became sick (flu, thank God it isn't COVID-19), I really became helpless and weak. I can't go to school, and I can't nearly even do stuff which is basically in my daily routine. What I simply did, is to ask help for God, every night at that time, to help me recover from my sickness, and days after, I recovered, totally free from flu.

3. I learned in this recollection that whatever the challenge, or the trial it is, we should always ask for God's help and guidance, because like said, we can't do anything without God. He works in His own miraculous ways, and He only knows when we will receive His blessings, so we shouldn't be hasty, at the same time, we shouldn't just lazily wait for His blessings to come, because He has given us the will to move, and to think. Even though we are in the state that we are totally helpless, and with no one to help us, we should know that God is always there, and He is always available 24/7.

- We can strengthen our Spiritual System by exposing and openly admitting our mistakes to God. We should also Pray, Do the Holy Rosary, and Read the Bible. Whether we admit our sins or not, God knows so we should apologize and always put God first before we do action.

- For me, I don't need to think of a specific memory to remember God's Grace. From the moment we wake up to the time we go to sleep, it's already a blessing, it's a sign that God has given us another day to do great things. From the food we eat, the water we drink, the shelter we sleep on, the environment we live in, it's all blessing from God.

- Thanks to the Lenten Recollection, most especially to Sir Ardeus, I realize one of the greatest lesson that I have ever heard. We should not work hard to get God's Appreciation, Love and Blessing, God already appreciates us, loves us, and gives us grace. From "God Knows Yet God Loves", we should be open to God, and let God be the center of our lives. God has plans for all of us so we should be the best version of ourselves.
