Payroll taxes paid by most employees, employers<br><strong>Germany</strong>-Germany has a universal multi-payer health care system paid for by a combination of statutory health insurance and private health insurance <br><strong>England</strong>-The National Health Service budget is funded primarily through general taxation. A government agency, NHS England, oversees and allocates funds to 191 Clinical Commissioning Groups.<br><strong>Canada-</strong>It is a single payer  system, but it is not a single healthcare system. Instead each province provides publicly funded health care. </div>]]></description>

The GDP per capita of Germany in 2020 was $45,737, $736 less than in 2019, when it was $46,473<br><strong>England</strong>- Total current health care expenditure in the UK accounted for 10.0% of gross domestic product (<strong>GDP</strong>) <br><strong>Canada</strong>-In 2019 total health expenditure in Canada was expected to reach 265.5 billion which roughly is around 7,000 a person.          <description><![CDATA[<div>England Is the best because it is ranked first in the world. It has universal health coverage and has lowest cost to consumer. It has the second lowest mortality rate (Canada is the lowest). England also has second lowest wait time (Germany has lowest). Canada is not the best because there is a long wait time and high cost to consumer and Germany is not the best because they have high mortality rate. The United States is in the middle. The us has high cost to consumer and highest death rate but fastest wait time, but is not the best one out of all the countries that were researched. </div>]]></description>
