My three takeaways are:
It is interesting to learn about the positive and proactive approach to discipline. With the identity of every teacher being a CCE teacher, I believe it is critical to teach students values and guide them to be the type of person who can contribute to society in a variety of ways. Hence, promoting a caring environment and preventing certain misbehaviors from occurring will be the ideal first step to take. Next, I hope to remind myself to set time aside to be intentional about my teaching. Lastly, during the discussion, it was interesting to see many different ways and approaches to teaching the same thing. I think it will be good to share ideas with colleagues.

My question is:
1. How to better get parents to support their child's CCE learning?

I hope to practise those approaches shared earlier on regarding positive and proactive approaches.
