When experiencing anxiety you almost feel lost within yourself. As for a 4 or 5 year-old it is impossible to gain control over their emotions right away. So, the goal is for them to process their emotions while coloring. This exercise will not be an easy fix because some students will feel better and

some might feel worse. However, it will be a start to helping students feel less anxious.

It was a challenge finding the right ethical standard because I was not sure on which standard to pick. Sometimes I tend to overthink things, and I think I complicated this whole process. I also struggled with gathering my information and placing it in the right boxes. When I get creative my mind tend to overflow with ideas, which causes me to get stuck in my own thoughts. Hopefully, by the time I am done with training and gather some experience lesson planning will get easier.
