Student-Student: 
- Students don't have a lot of time to authentically interact - everything is hyper formalized - including assigned and distanced seats in the cafe
- Google Meet breakout feature works but is less than stellar - too slow/laggy to switch between rooms, can only access one room at a time, can't push messages out to all rooms

2. Student-Teacher: I seldomly see their faces, can't see their screens unless their actively sharing - not having that feedback is very challenging for a teacher

3. Teacher-Teacher: I've really missed the "watercooler talk". I've felt more isolated this year from my colleagues.

4. Family-Teacher: A lot of family's living situations have changed and contact information has changed as a result of the impacts of the pandemic. This makes it difficult to reach parents at times.

5. Admin-Teacher: Virtually NO administrators have experience teaching virtually or in hybrid. Sometimes I think it makes it hard for some administrators to empathize with what we're going through.
