It is indeed from the effigy of the street artist M.CHAT that we speak here. With its real name Thoma Vuille, the Franco-Swiss artist has been painting the walls since 1997 with his feline gaping smile. Born in 1972 in Switzerland, in the Canton of Neuchâtel, he began painting at the age of 15 and studied at the Institut des Arts Visuels in Orléans from 1995 to 2001, but quickly chose the aisles of the City to create.
