A man is seen "swimming" in a road side pot hole filled with muddy rainwater. An officer of some kind in uniform is seen looking down in somewhat awe at the sight as he drives past in a motorcycle. There are other people in the image who seem unfazed to the mans odd action. The whole has been corned off from the public as seen with the official city car parked behind the hole and the construction tape. However, it seems efforts were unsuccessful given the actions of the man. He may be a member of the public and the officers are about to apprehend him due to his actions. The city seems to be quite busy given the high traffic of cars seen in the back ground of the image. It can be assumed that the image was taken in an Asian/Heavily Populated nation given the appearance of the city (many apartment blocks) and the appearance of the people (dark tones individuals).

There are six different man acting or performing a circus stunt by leaping bravely from a diving platform onto a soft ground or into a pool of water to amuse their audience. In this circus act, we assume that these are convicts due to their outfits. They are on a desperate and daring escape from prison during the mid 20th century.

2) We saw that their clothes resemble like a trainee at the astronaut academy and the books are filled with word and photos that resemble textbook. The obvious fact that they are wearing mask connected to a weird object that is unfamilliar but presume is an oxygen tank.

3) The person on the left is wearing a ring on his ring finger. The situation looks like a simulation and not a real one as they look very uncomfortable in the photo. The emblem on their jackets make them look like they are working in a space related field. The foam looks so many and unnatural. It might come from the industrial waste. This is because, the river was located in an industrial city , because we can see a highway. - There are a few ways to write an introduction (refer to the slides). In the intro, you must have a thesis statement.

- A thesis statement is the last sentence in the introduction. It tells the topic and the main ideas in the essay.

- A thesis statement can be specific whereby it will list out the main points in the essay.
E.G. Celebrities are often poor role models because of the ways they dress, talk and behave.

- A thesis statement can be general whereby it just gives a general overview of the main points.
