         <description><![CDATA[<p>consider having participants to do a quiz to find out their personality (some ideas are like KAT based personality or inclination towards e-Ped).</p><p><br/></p><p>All participants have a single end-state to meet (e-Ped proficient guru). Each personality will have tailored recommendations based on their traits.</p><p><br/></p><p>but this will depend on section 2's e-Ped refresh so that we can decide how to assign the characteristics to each personality.</p>]]></description>
