Communication
I think that my way of communication is really low context based. This is because I am pretty straight forward. When i talk to people i like to be short and clear. Because I think that this will help to understand the meaning of the message better. This will lead to better results in my eyes and it will save time.
However it's also important that you don't offend people because this won't help you. It's also not polite to be offensive against other people so I'm a low context person but not completly low context.

Time
Almost every dutch person thinks the same about time. This is most of the time based on our low context personality. We even made a saying about this subject. Time is money. This means that wasting time actually wastes money because in the time that you wasted you could also made money. This is why I'm a monochronic person.

Personal Space
Personal space is a important thing for me. But in my case it depends on my mood. For example sometimes I'm really close to people and i like to give people hugs but the other days im just having my distance to people. This just really depends on my mood. It also depends on the person. If i know the person very well i will give the person more attention and i will let the person enter my personal space more.

Nature
Normally i like the nature. But we have a lot of people in our world. So it's impossible to leave nature untouched because if we do this we will not have enough space for everybody who's living on earth. So i think we need to live in harmony with the nature but we also need to dominate it sometimes to survive.

Orientation
I think that doing things is a bit the dutch culture more than being. For example if we are at work we will focus on our work rather than talking about personal cases. This cases will be discussed in your free time. I´m really focused on my work and because of that i´m not really interested in the being of a person during the work. There is plenty of time during the breaks for this.

The teacher gave me the role of employee. As employee there where three rules. 1 Don't look your superiors in their eyes. 2 Agree with everything what the superiors say. 3 Let the bosses never lose face. This was hard for me because in my culture you say what you want. You say the truth and it's important to look people in their eyes because it's polite. For me it was in this way pretty hard because i couldn't look them in their eyes. When the trainers came in the class for the first time they started asking questions about why the training wasn't working. They were very direct and that wasnt working with our rules. We noticed that the trainers reacted somtimes pretty annoyed. During this training there were alot of difficulties. I learned from this training that cultural differences can be very difficult with work but you need to deal with them. I learnd during this lesson that people from china for example can react completely different than somebody from our country. TIf you want to deal with this you will need to understand their culture and norms and value's. The real life cross cultural example is one about a chinese friend of my father. They tried to do bussiness but everytime before they start with doing bussiness they need to eat together and talk about their family and about their lifes'. They also always agree with what my father say and try to avoid conflicts. This can be very difficult with trading. After this i realised that it's important to learn about somebody's culture before you completly understand somebody.
