         <description><![CDATA[<p>Plum bread is a recipe from the crow tribe. the ingredients are</p><p>1 1/2 cup cornmeal</p><p>2 cups all purpose flour</p><p>2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda</p><p>1 teaspoon salt</p><p>1 1/3 cup butter milk</p><p>3/4 cup molasses</p><p>1 cup plums chopped </p><p>1/4 cup butter (for cans)</p><p>Steps</p><p>sift dry ingredients</p><p>mix wet ingredients and add to dry</p><p>fold in plums</p><p>heavily butter coffee cans</p><p>fill cans 2/3 full with batter </p><p>put tin foil on top</p><p>put in water bath 2/3 up can</p><p>cover pan with foil</p><p>bake at 350* for 3 hours, make sure water does not dry up</p>]]></description>
