While fear and angwer are targeted by the one with the nazi grabbing the globe.
2) The artist makes the reader feel inspired, empowered, and needed by having uncle sam directly point at the reader and the woman stare directly at the woman. Both of the writings also directly adress the reader including them in the narrative.
