Guardsmen unlawfully killed 4 students, shocking campuses throughout the country. With a country divided, the shooting became the focal point of societal issues during the Vietnam War. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;Previous unjust Supreme Court rulings established a “silent majority” and allocated for crime, disorder, and moral decay. Nixon reformed judicial policy with the help of Chief Justice Earl Warren; Over his career Warren expanded civil liberties and federal power while enforcing equality and reinstating fair verdicts to the judicial system. Warren retired June 1969. He later died from cardiac arrest after 52 years of public service in 1974 at 83 years old. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
